The tenants are in their mid to late 20's and have busy professional careers and the experience is highly independent. The apartment includes a nice backyard, a shared parking space, and an in house laundry unit.

It's a comfortable place to live. This is a terrific spot for someone who wants an affordable room in a great location and wants to live independently in a shared space.

We are seeking a professional in their mid to late 20s that ideally would want to stay here long term as well as a trustworthy addition who is looking for a place to sleep and do the basics. We seldom use the common areas other than the bathroom and light cooking in the kitchen.

Move in is flexible as the tenant is moving out aroudn early to mid July, but the move out dates are flexible. Individuals are jointly party to a self-renewing lease but we just do lease amendments as co-tenants make other arrangements and a suitable replacement can be found.
