Ideal location if you need to commute on 101 south bound (there's also tech shuttle bus stop nearby), also very convenient to get to the mission district (walking distance) and downtown with MUNI bus 67 (or 12, 27) and BART. Street parking is REALLY easy, much easier than the rest of the city neighborhood.

The cross street has plenty of parking and no permit/hour restrictions. Very quiet location, no through traffic at our location.

Only a couple of minutes to get on 101/280 freeway, very convenient for business travellers to commute to Peninsula and south bay. It's within 15 minutes drive to San Francisco International Airport.
