Apartment is fully furnished. You won't be able to bring other furniture.

The apartment has its own entrance directly to the street and has a 20 feet entrance corridor/hallway which is great to store bikes, luggage, etc.. Very convenient.

The apartment is very quiet, and has a patio with an outdoor table, and there's a whole backyard where we grow some herbs, lemons, and flowers. You will enjoy the peaceful, nature atmosphere of this place.

Look at the aerial picture above. Our house is located close to the large red tiled roof building in the bottom at the center of the picture.

You can also see McLaren Park is 5 minutes walk away, the picture only show the west side of the park, the east side is 10 times larger, it's really nice and big. It's the 2nd largest park in the city, and is great for walking, running, playing tennis, basketball, biking, and mountain biking.

The bedroom has 1 queen bed and one bunk bed, so you can have family and friends visit you while you are here. The bunk bed can host 3 people if you have visitors sometime.

Parking is available on the street. We also have EV charging.
