We’re subletting our junior one-bedroom apartment located in Fillmore Center in the heart of the Fillmore District. The apartment gets abundant natural light throughout the day and offers beautiful city views.

The location is unbeatable — walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and everyday essentials. The apartment will be offered unfurnished.

The current lease runs through September. Current rent is $3,000 per month.

We’re looking for someone to move in around mid-March (March 15–17), with some flexibility on the exact dates. We’re moving simply because the space is a bit small for my wife and me — otherwise, we’ve truly enjoyed living here.
