Looking to rent the 2nd bedroom in my 2 bed/1bath apartment in the Inner Richmond! About the apartment:-2nd floor corner unit in a 9 unit building.

-Great natural light in all rooms. -Hardwood floors throughout the entire unit (except bathroom and kitchen).

-Large shared living room with bay windows and views of Sutro Tower and hills of the Presidio. -Newly renovated kitchen with updated appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher), good countertop space, and ample cabinet space for storage.

-Instant hot water in all sinks. -Shared bathroom with a walk in shower and a separate bathtub.

-Several hallway closets for shared storage if needed. -Central heating system that keeps apartment at consistent temperature.

-Insulated walls that keep the apartment warm during cold months and also keep noise from other units completely out of the unit (some older buildings have incredibly thin walls that make privacy feel limited)-Resident pet (my dog) who is mellow and friendly and easy to live with. Would prefer no additional pets but am willing to discuss if pet is quiet and not disruptive and gets along with my dog.
