I am a subleasing out my flat in Nob Hill, available now. Ideally, I am looking for someone to take over until April 1st.
I am willing to consider shorter or longer term leases as well. All utilities are included, there is a laundromat half a block away.
The place is centrally located and very safe. Only street parking available but permits available.
