Utilities are split by headcount. Conveniently located just half a block from the 29 bus stop and only four short blocks from John McLaren Park.

This unit is best suited for one tenant who does not have a car; street parking in the area is extremely limited. We also have other rooms available, so let us know if you have a friend you’d like to live with under the same roof.
