it can be foggy all around us but this little part of the mission consistently seems to be the last place to get foggy. -The neighborhood is a wonderful place to live!

There is easy access to public transit, a quick 15-20 minute walk takes you to either the 16th and Mission BART Station or the 24th and Mission BART Station. The area offers lots of restaurants, bars, taquerias, Atlas Cafe, Sightglass Coffee, Flour+Water, Central Kitchen, Trick Dog, Farmhouse, True Laurel, Bon Nene, are all less than a block away.

Many corner stores/bodegas within blocks. -There are 2 units above the studio.

It's a pretty mellow household, the residents are good people and very respectful. -Viewing is by appointment only.
